How to access block websites in School,college , organizations

There are different ways of accessing  block websites
1. Basics way.
2. Advance way.


Basic ways :
Basic ways of accessing block websites will only work if network administrator blocks websites without using any firewall software like fort guard n many more.
A) By using IP address of website:
 Use IPaddress of website instead of using URL
 Go to cmd n type command ping www.google.com

B) By converting IP address to different radix like Binary, Decimal, Hexadecimal, and Octal:
 By ping u will get an IP address of site
 Now IP will look something like this 78.12.50.128
 now convert each octets into binary, octet means number between decimals
 then by using windows calc convert 78,12,50,128 into binary respectively 
 then past the result into address bar
 this will redirect you to original website
 Likewise convert it to Hexadecimal and Octal


C) Using Online Proxy Websites:
 These website at as an intermediates between u and the web server
 when you will access website using proxy it will hide your details like IP address and allow u      to surf anonymously  
 there are many proxy websites but some of best sites are listed here

 now one problem over here is that if your network administrator also block these site then
 what to do!!! should we  stop here only.........
 no hackers will never stop trying so we will move on and go for advance ways


2) Advance Ways:

  These ways are use full when Network admistrator block websites by using some Firewalls,  or software.

A) By using Proxy Or VPN software:

B)By Using Google Translator:
 
 this is the never lasting way of accessing block websites because google will never block by any administrator...

 n type your block website here and convert it to any other language... i
 it will open your website in that language
